For Personal or Non-Commercial Vehicles

Select the FASTag tile
Log in to the Mobile Banking app. Once on the homepage, scroll down and tap on the 'FASTag' tile
Step 2
Select your linked FASTag account
Select a linked FASTag account and scroll down to ‘Claim FASTag MAX benefits’
Step 3
Explore the benefits
You can explore all the benefits here before clicking on 'Claim now'.
Step 4
Reach out to us
Alternatively, you can click on the 'Call now' button to claim your MAX benefits
Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you

Step 1
Log in to the FIRST Forward Portal, scroll down and select the 'Other Services' option from the left side menu
Step 2
Click on the ' FASTag MAX' option at the top right
Step 3
Click on 'Upgrade to MAX' on the pop-up visible on-screen and start availing MAX benefits
