How to recharge your FASTag account?
Steps
For Personal or Non-Commercial Vehicles
Step 1
Select the FASTag tile
Log in to the Mobile Banking app. Once on the homepage, scroll down and tap on the 'FASTag' tile
Step 2
Select Recharge FASTag
Click on the 'Recharge FASTag' option on the screen
Step 3
Enter the recharge amount
Choose any one of the pre-filled recharge amounts on screen or enter the amount manually
Step 4
Select payment mode
Select your preferred mode of payment and tap on 'Recharge' to confirm
Step 5
Your FASTag is recharged
Your FASTag recharge will be completed successfully.
Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you
For Commercial Vehicles
Step 1
Log in to the FIRST Forward Portal and tap on ‘Add Money’ at the top right
Step 2
Select the Chassis/Vehicle/Pooled A/c No. Choose a pre-filled recharge amount or enter amount manually
Step 3
Proceed to the payment portal and tap on 'Proceed' to complete your payment
Step 4
Your payment will be completed and balance will be updated
Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you
