How to update RC or VRN for your FASTag?
Steps
For Personal or Non-Commercial Vehicles
Step 1
Select Customer Service tile
Log in to the Mobile Banking app and tap on the 'Customer Service' tile.
Step 2
Select the FASTag tile
Under ‘Your Service Categories’, select ‘FASTag’.
Step 3
Select VRN Update
Under 'Quick Requests', select the ‘VRN Update’ option
Step 4
Select your Chassis Number
Select the VRN/ Chassis number you want to update
Step 5
Upload your Image/s
Upload images of your RC and click on 'Submit'
Step 6
Your RC update request is submitted
Your request to update RC/VRN will be submitted successfully.
Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you
For Commercial Vehicles
Step 1
Log in to the FIRST Forward Portal, scroll down and select 'Service Req' from the left side menu
Step 2
Click on 'Update Vehicle No' visible on the screen
Step 3
Select your vehicle, add new number, upload the required images and tap on 'Submit'
Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you
