How to check your FASTag transactions/ statement?

Steps

For Personal or Non-Commercial Vehicles

Step 1

Select the FASTag tile

Log in to the Mobile Banking app. Once on the homepage, scroll down and tap on the 'FASTag' tile

Step 2

Go to Transactions

On the FASTag homepage, scroll down to ‘Transactions’. Tap ‘View more’ (at the bottom)

Step 3

View your transactions

All your transactions will be visible. Tap the ‘download’ icon (top right) to download statement

Step 4

Download/email your statement

Select the preferred period and format. Then click on the 'Download' option to download it on your device. Else, click on the 'Email' option to receive it on your registered Email ID

Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you

For Commercial Vehicles

Step 1

Log in to the FIRST Forward Portal and select the 'Statement' option from the left side menu

Step 2

Select your vehicle from the dropdown 'Select Statement Type' and enter a date range to view your statement details

Go to FIRST Forward alt Get details on WhatsApp

Or Raise a request if you don’t have your login credentials with you
