Terms and Conditions Bon Appetit 2022
IDFC FIRST BANK Limited and Alliances Galore Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “AGPL”) are under an arrangement and any participation in the said Fine Dining Offer is voluntary for the below Offer Period. Details of the Offer extended to all individuals who are holding IDFC FIRST BANK Limited Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as ‘Credit Cardholders’) are detailed herein below:
- The offer is applicable to IDFC FIRST Bank Limited Credit Cardholders.
- The cardholder has to present his valid IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card at the restaurant and state the intention to use the offer before asking for the bill.
- To avail the Offer, the customer has to inform the restaurant about his / her choice of payment through IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card before the bill is generated. The waiter needs to be informed of the offer before the bill is generated. The cardholder will need to check and confirm on the offer availability with the server/waiter before the bill is generated
- Discount will be given to the card holder only when the customer asks/informs the server for it at the time of billing and presents his IDFC FIRST Bank credit card. Restaurants are not obliged to give the discount to every card holder who visits the restaurant unless they explicitly ask for the discount.
- The waiter needs to be informed of the offer before the bill is generated.
- From the period 1st April 2022 till 31st June 2022 (“Offer Period”), Cardholders will get 20% instant discount on the total bill on selected restaurants (“Dining Partners”) PAN India on using their valid IDFC FIRST Bank Limited Credit Card for payments at the restaurant (“Offer”). The list of all Dining Partners, along with cities, and complete details of the offer can be found on https://www.idfcfirst.bank.in/offers/credit-card-dining-offers. The offers are ongoing till the specified validity date mentioned under each listed restaurant
- The benefits mentioned above are subject to change/withdrawal without prior notice.
- The offer does not guarantee a reservation during the offer period.
- Reservation is recommended but not mandatory for availing the offer. All reservations are subject to availability and at the restaurant’s discretion.
- Cardholders can avail the offer once during the Offer Period subject to the mentioned terms and conditions.
- The discount is valid on only the net amount (excluding taxes or any other charges). Any applicable taxes have to be paid by the card holder.
- The offer is applicable only on A La Carte and not on Buffet or any other promotional activity.
- Cardholders must state the intention to avail the offer before the bill is prepared and pay using a valid IDFC FIRST Bank Limited Credit Card.
- No two offers can be clubbed during the offer period.
- The benefits as mentioned herein above cannot be used or redeemed in combination with any other discounts or promotions or vouchers or special events and other in-house specials, unless otherwise stated by the respective partner.
- In case the restaurant refuses the offer in spite of adhering to all the terms & conditions listed, please retain and share the copy of the bill within 72 hours for Reference & Resolution. In case of any complaint/escalation, the customer will be required to submit the copy of the original bill. No complaints/escalations will be resolved without the same. The escalation/complaint will only be addressed & resolved if the payment at the restaurant was made by a valid IDFC FIRST Bank Credit card.
- Any customer escalation beyond 72 hours from the date of dining in at the partner outlets will not be entertained
- The invoice and charge slip must be retained for future reference and communication with IDFC FIRST Bank Limited nominated person.
- The offer is valid on dine-in option only, and not applicable on home deliveries or take -away.
- This offer has no monetary value, is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
- Offer is not valid on group bookings (8 pax and above). Before confirming your reservation, always check carefully that you have reserved the correct (number of) persons. Wrongfully ordered (numbers of) persons are not refundable.
- The discount is valid on only the net amount (excluding taxes or any other charges).
- All taxes on the services availed will be payable by the customer.
- Individual Restaurant Terms & Conditions apply.
- Rights of admission are reserved by the restaurant/Merchants terms and conditions solely.
- IDFC FIRST BANK Limited takes no responsibility of any health issues faced due to the consumption of food at the participating restaurants under this program.
- Prior to using the IDFC FIRST Bank Limited website or the mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and IDFC FIRST Bank Limited shall not be responsible for the same.
- IDFC FIRST Bank Limited is not making any offer on the products and does not make any warranties or representation of the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer.
- IDFC FIRST Bank Limited will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
- All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against IDFC FIRST Bank Limited.
- Services shall be made available only to those cardholders satisfying the eligibility criteria and shall be provided at the sole discretion of IDFC FIRST Bank . IDFC FIRST Bank Limited reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without any appropriate notice or without assigning any reasons whatsoever to the Cardholders. IDFC FIRST BANK Limited also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any appropriate notice whatsoever,
- The offer is subject to force majeure events.
- If the Offer and/or anything to be done by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of IDFC FIRST BANK Limited or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accident, earthquake, pandemic, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of IDFC FIRST BANK Limited or the other entity/ies, then IDFC FIRST BANK Limited and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
- Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder respectively.
- Individual Dining Partners’ terms and conditions shall apply.
- Please note that basis Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and notified GST rates, Central GST and State/Union Territory GST or Inter-State GST, will be levied on the discounted price, as applicable.
- The Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
- The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against IDFC FIRST Bank. IDFC FIRST BANK Limited decision shall be final and binding on cardholder in all respects.
- By availing this offer, the Cardholders has accepted all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality. Without a Cardholder being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein. The Offer Terms and Conditions need to read in conjunction with the Standard terms and conditions (ST&C) and terms governing the use of IDFC FIRST BANK Limited Credit Cardholders and/or IDFC FIRST BANK Limited website. The usage of the cards is governed by below standard terms and conditions.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- Cardholder will mean any person who is holding an active IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.
- Merchant or Merchant establishment will mean any establishment where the IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card mentioned in the offer has been used for making a purchase.
- The offer can be availed as per terms mentioned in the offer and only on transactions done at Merchant establishment using an active IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.
- The offer will be valid only on or within the dates mentioned in the offer details
- No two offers can be clubbed together. Please note this offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions or offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a customer might have received from the Merchant or IDFC FIRST Bank.
- Cardholder’s eligibility for the offer will be decided by IDFC FIRST Bank. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, IDFC FIRST Bank’s sole decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
- All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised within 72 hours of the transactionAny taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
- All Bank and Merchant standard Terms & Conditions will apply.
- Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
- The offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
- The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the Merchant establishment. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer.
- Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only. Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by the Merchant
- No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
- The decision of Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
- IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to technical or other reasons.
- IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Bank. Please note Bank’s has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.
