Types of Charges	Charges
Processing fees	Up to Rs. 7.5 Lacs – NIL Above Rs. 7.5 Lacs -Up to 1.5%* of the Loan Amount or as per any special scheme run by the bank.

Types of Charges	Charges
Bounce Charges	12% of EMI bounced with minimum charge of Rs. 400 & maximum of Rs. 1000 (excluding GST).
Penal charges (per month)	12% p.a. (1% p.m.) of the unpaid EMI or Rs. 300 whichever is higher. (GST Not Applicable). For period of servicing interest/ servicing interest (PSI/SI) refer to the Penal Charges below.

Cheque swap charges (per swap)	NIL
