Offer:
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coffee offer is available to customers who spend a minimum of ₹20,000 in a given calendar month on FIRST SWYP Credit Card, qualifying them for the offer in the subsequent calendar month.
For example, spends made in May 2026 will make the customer eligible for redemption in June 2026.
Redemption Terms:
• The offer redemption period is valid for four (4) months, from June 2026 to September 2026.
• Eligible customers may avail of the offer once per calendar month during the redemption period, for a maximum of four (4) redemptions in total.
Participating Outlets:
• This offer is valid only at the following participating outlets: Tim Hortons, Barista, Third Wave, Flurys, Café Coffee Day (CCD), and Costa Coffee.
Applicable Beverages and Size:
• Coffee options include Cappuccino, Americano, Latte, or any equivalent beverage available at the selected outlet.
• The coffee size will be Medium, or an equivalent size as defined by the respective outlet.
Steps to avail the Offer
Option 1 (Web Access)
Step 1: Visit www.webaccess.dreamfolks.in
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number
Step 3: Verify your number using the OTP received
Step 4: Add your card details
Step 5: You will be redirected to a payment gateway, where a ₹2 transaction will be processed to authorize your card
Step 6: Upon successful authorization, you will be redirected to the home page
Step 7: Click on the “BOGO Coffee” tile
Step 8: Select your preferred coffee outlet and choose the number of coffee items from the available options
Step 9: Pay the applicable amount and generate a QR code
Step 10: Visit the selected coffee outlet and present the QR code to the staff
Step 11: The outlet staff will scan the DreamFolks QR code and provide you with your selected order
Option 2 (EDC/POS Machine)
Step 1: Visit the partner café outlet at the mall
Step 2: Inform the outlet staff about the BOGO Coffee offer and present your eligible card. The staff will validate your card through the EDC/POS machine or Web Access system
Step 3: Pay for the first coffee at the outlet
Step 4: Once the first coffee is successfully redeemed, you become eligible to receive the second coffee under the BOGO offer
Step 5: Collect both coffees from the outlet
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coffee offer is available to customers who spend a minimum of ₹20,000 in a given calendar month, qualifying them for the offer in the subsequent calendar month. For example, spends made in May 2026 will make the customer eligible for redemption in June 2026.
• The offer redemption period is valid for four (4) months, from June 2026 to September 2026.

• This list of participating outlets is subject to change from time to time. The Service Provider may modify the list at its sole discretion without prior notice to IDFC FIRST BANK or its Card Members. This program is offered by a third party and governed by its respective terms and conditions.
• The offer will be made available upon a successful transaction at electronic terminals placed at the outlet or upon successful authorization of QR codes generated via Web Access.
• Coffee options include Cappuccino, Americano, Latte, or any equivalent beverage available at the selected outlet.
• The coffee size will be Medium, or an equivalent size as defined by the respective outlet.
• Customers shall be entitled to avail services only from the predefined categories available at participating outlets under this program.
• Only one benefit can be redeemed per transaction.
• The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of full occupancy, customers may be required to wait in a queue.
• All service offerings are strictly subject to availability at the respective outlet and may vary. No assurance or guarantee is provided regarding the continuous availability of any specific variant of beverage.
• Participating outlets reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy. Any charges for extended stays will be at the discretion of the individual outlet.
• IDFC FIRST BANK or the Service Provider shall not be responsible if any outlet ceases operations due to lease expiry or any reason beyond their control.
• Each outlet follows its own policies regarding food offerings and children. Customers are advised to check with the outlet directly prior to entry.
• Benefits available on IDFC FIRST BANK FIRST SWYP Credit Card are non-transferable.
• A non-refundable authorization charge of ₹2 will be applied on the customer’s card for validation purposes while adding the card on the Web Access portal.
• Card eligibility will be verified by the outlet staff, and usage will be recorded through the Service Provider’s system.
• It is expressly clarified that the complimentary coffee would be identical to the one purchased by the customer.
• In the event the Customer foregoes the Service or the QR code remains unused, the code shall automatically expire after QR code validity. Any amount paid to generate the code (excluding any non-refundable authentication charge) shall be refunded to the Customer's source account within 7 business days.
• Service Provider shall not be liable for refund processing delays due to banking issues, and no interest shall be payable on refunds.
• In the event a customer avails any product(s) and/or service(s) beyond the standard offering, the customer shall be solely responsible for making prior inquiries regarding such product(s)/service(s) and for directly paying all applicable charges to the outlet.
• Service Provider shall neither be liable nor responsible for the availability, quality, or pricing of such additional product(s)/service(s).
• Any additional products or services availed beyond the standard offer must be paid for directly by the customer at the outlet. IDFC FIRST BANK shall not be responsible for the availability, quality, or pricing of such additional items.
• IDFC FIRST BANK shall not be liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.
• The outlet reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are intoxicated, behave in a disorderly manner, or violate outlet policies, including health, safety, or regulatory guidelines.
• IDFC FIRST BANK shall not be held liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or deficiencies on the part of the outlet, including but not limited to hygiene issues, service delays, substandard quality, or incorrect/incomplete orders.
• The service is non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash, credit, or any other substitute.
• It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to: (a) verify and confirm the ingredients, and allergens prior to consumption; (b) clearly inform the outlet of any dietary restrictions or allergies; and (c) verify that the order received corresponds to the order placed. Service Provider assumes no liability for any consequences arising from failure to comply with the above.
• Service Provider shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any acts, errors, omissions, or deficiencies on the part of the outlet, including but not limited to: issues relating to hygiene, service delays, substandard quality, incorrect or incomplete orders, or any other customer experience arising at the outlet.
• Service Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, or undertakings, whether express or implied, relating to the service. Under no circumstances shall Service Provider be held liable for any claims, costs, damages (direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive), illnesses, injuries (including personal injury), or death, incurred or suffered by the Customer, any accompanying persons, or third parties, arising in connection with or resulting from the use of the service.
• Service Provider reserves the right, at its discretion with a prior notice to the partners, to add, remove, or amend the list of participating outlets, or to alter, withdraw, or replace any service options offered under this program.
• By booking and/or availing the service, the customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, without limitation or qualification.
• Service Provider reserves the unconditional right to modify, vary, or amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion with prior information to the partner, subject only to compliance with applicable standard notification timelines, if any.
• Any transaction(s) undertaken directly between the Customer and the outlet operator, service provider, or third party shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the Customer. Service Provider shall have no involvement in, or liability whatsoever for, matters including but not limited to: pricing, payments, service delivery, disputes, or deficiencies relating to such transaction(s).

• For any queries or support, customers may also contact IDFC FIRST BANK customer care.
• Any escalations related to this offer must be raised within 30 days from the date of availing the offer. Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered.
• By availing this service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
• All prevailing terms and conditions of the respective outlets shall apply.
Eligible Customer(s) will mean any person who is holding an active IDFC FIRST SWYP Credit Card and has spend a minimum of ₹20,000 in a given calendar month.
Service Provider or Outlet or Partner or Partner establishment will mean any establishment where the IDFC FIRST Bank Card mentioned in the offer has been used for making a purchase.
The Offer(s) can be availed as per terms mentioned in the Offer(s) terms and only on transactions done at the Service Providers establishment using an active IDFC FIRST SWYP Credit Cards.
The Offer(s) will be valid only on or within the dates mentioned in the Offer(s) Terms
No two offers can be clubbed together. Please note this Offer(s) cannot be clubbed with other promotions or offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a Eligible Customer(s) might have received from the Service Provider/Partner or IDFC FIRST Bank.
Eligible Customer(s) eligibility for the Offer(s) will be decided by IDFC FIRST Bank. In case of all matters relating to the Offer(s) including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the Offer(s) or eligibility of any Eligible Customer(s), IDFC FIRST Bank’s sole decision shall be final and binding on the Eligible Customer(s) in all respects.
All customer queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within Seven (7) days after expiry of the offer or promotion period.
Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Eligible Customer(s) and/ or billed to the account of the Eligible Customer(s).

Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
The Offer(s) is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Eligible Customer(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the Merchant establishment. No substitutions or exchange of Offer(s), other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Eligible Customer(s) shall be allowed. However, Service Provider/Partner and IDFC First Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the Offer(s) or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Eligible Customer(s)
The decision of Service Provider/Partner and IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offer(s) is not configured or could not be availed due to technical or other reasons.
IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer(s) from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Bank. Please note IDFC Bank’s has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.
