To complete the Video KYC for NRI account opening, customers need to satisfy the following conditions:
The applicant must be a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) and must be applying for a new account.
The customer must be present in India during the time of application and Video KYC.
The applicant must have a valid Indian passport and a PAN card.
The PAN must be linked with Aadhaar.

If there is a mismatch between PAN and Aadhaar details, the verification process may not be completed successfully. You might be required to correct the details in this case. In case, PAN and Aadhaar is not linked, you will be required to open an Account via the branch.
