Do Not Disturb Registry


Your time is valuable to us. Hence, we ensure to serve you optimally keeping your convenience as a priority. In case you don’t wish to be disturbed, you can choose to opt-out from receiving notifications about our products, offers etc.

  • If you are an account holder at IDFC FIRST Bank, please enter your mobile number to block calls and SMS or enter your e-mail ID to block e-mail communication.

  • By registering for DND, you will not be contacted for marketing offers. The phone number or E-mail ID entered by you along with the channel selected for registration will be excluded from marketing calls. If you change your Mobile number or E-mail id in the account, you will have to re-register for DND with the new number or E-mail ID
  • All existing IDFC FIRST Bank account holders will continue to receive important advices and information relating to transactions on their IDFC FIRST Bank account
  • Bank needs 7 working days to make changes in the records, from the day DND request is successfully processed
  • This registration is only for IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. and not for DSAs or any financial marketing platforms
  • You will receive an SMS from us confirming registration of DND services
  • Office/Corporate Board numbers will not be registered for DND
  • This registration does not stop unsolicited commercial calls from IDFC Group companies
  • In case you continue to receive promotional calls or E-mail after 7 working days from the date of DND registration, Please write to us at banker@idfcfirstbank.com, with the product name and contact number or E-mail ID from which you have been contacted
