The Schedule of charges are subject to change as per the Bank’s discretion and would be notified to the FASTag members as and when applicable by displaying the same on Bank’s website. Any government charges, duty or debts, or tax payable because of the FASTag, shall be the FASTag Member’s responsibility and if imposed upon IDFC FIRST Bank (either directly or indirectly), IDFC FIRST Bank shall debit such charges, duty or tax against the balance available on the FASTag. There will be separate service charges levied for such facilities as may be announce by the bank from time to time and deducted from the balance available on the FASTag. In the situation that the balance available on the FASTag is not sufficient to deduct such fees, the bank reserves the right to deny any further Transactions. The FASTag member allows to indemnify IDFC FIRST Bank against any expenses it may incur in collecting money owned to it by him in connection with FASTag. The FASTag member authorizes IDFC FIRST Bank to recover all charges related to the FASTag as determined by IDFC FIRST Bank from time to time by debiting the balance available on the FASTag.
