Cancellation & Rebooking charges	₹10000+GST towards Cancellation, Cancellation to be received within 30 days or 1st EMI presentation date whichever is earlier. Post which it will be treated as foreclosure. Note: Cases beyond 30 days would be treated towards cancellation only with requisite approval.
Foreclosure / Prepayment charges*	5% of Principle Outstanding Amount + GST (unless specifically approved for lower FC Charges prior to disbursement)
Physical Repayment Schedule	₹500 + GST
Physical Statement of Account	₹500 + GST
Document retrieval charges (per retrieval)	₹500 + GST
Part Payment charges	5% of part payment + GST
EMI Pickup/ Collection Charges	₹500 + GST

Late payment/Penal charges/Overdue (per month)	12% p.a. (1% p.m.) of the unpaid EMI or Rs. 300 whichever is higher. No GST is applicable for Penal charges.
Duplicate No Objection Certificate (NOC) Issuance Charges	₹500 Exclusive of GST Special NOC charges ₹500 Exclusive of GST Commercial NOC - ₹2250 Exclusive of GST Inter-State NOC Exclusive of GST Refundable Security Deposit (non-interest bearing) of ₹5,000 will be taken. It will be the borrower’s responsibility to provide the transferred Registration Certificate to the bank. In addition, NOC charge would be ₹500 Exclusive of GST

Technical bounce charges	Charge rates would be same as applicable under EMI bounce charges. Technical Bounce charges will be applicable for each month from third consecutive bounce month with any of the below reasons: 1. INP CONSECUTIVE BOUNCE 2. INP MANDATE INVALID 3. MANDATE REJECTED BY BANK 4. REJECTED

*Mandate Rejection technical Bounce Charges (for mandate rejected by your bank, to be charged for each month from 3rd consecutive bounce month onwards until the mandate is registered)
