You can get the customer ID for your IDFC First Bank account by the following modes:

  1. Mobile Banking app/Internet Banking: Login to Mobile Banking app/Internet Banking >> Go to the Menu Menu at the top left >> Click on Manage Profile below the Account name >> You will be able to view the Customer ID.

How do I activate my savings account if it is inactive?

To activate your inactive Savings Account:

  1. Initiate a financial transaction of any amount in the account through any channel.
  2. IMPS, Fund Transfer, NEFT, RTGS, clearing cheque deposits, ATM withdrawals are examples of financial transactions.

What is the process of changing my minimum monthly balance from 25k to 10k?

  1. The customer must submit the 'Account upgrade' form at the branch.
