IDFC FIRST Bank's innovative induction program, 'GENESIS' won a silver trophy in the "Excellence in Onboarding Program" category at The Economic Times Human Capital Awards (ET HCA) on February 2, 2023 in Gurugram.

GENESIS is a boardgame-based induction module with built-in quizzes and informational nuggets that is highly engaging for employees. The innovative module provides a comprehensive overview of IDFC FIRST Bank’s journey, ethos, values, culture and acquaints them with important HR policies, processes and operational structure of the bank.

The ET HCA is a platform that aims to showcase the best minds and the most outstanding achievements in the HR. The 800 entries received across 26 categories underwent a rigorous grilling through a meritorious jury process.
