Dear Customer,

At IDFC FIRST Bank, we are committed to fair, transparent, and customer-first banking, with services designed to be simple, respectful, and helpful.

In some cases, outcomes may be guided by regulatory requirements or internal policies, and we strive to communicate these clearly.

In case of any disagreement, or any concerns, please raise to us and our teams are here to assist you.

We request that all interactions with our teams remain courteous. Any inappropriate behaviour (such as resorting to provocative and unacceptable language or rude behaviour) affects our employees, and it can also affect the trust in our relationship with you.

In situations where this standard is not maintained, the Bank may limit interactions or request you to close the entire relationship with the Bank.
