IDFC Bank Wins National Payments Excellence Awards 2017 for 2 consecutive years. IDFC Bank recently won 2 National Payment Excellence Award 2017, under the Category ""C"" Banks in recognition of our excellent performance in below 2 Payments Product Segment : Instant Payment Products (BHIM UPI & IMPS) AePS The Award was presented at an event organised by National Payments Corporation of India. Shri B.P. Kanungo , Deputy Governor, RBI conferred the award to IDFC Bank at Taj Land's End, on 29th May 2018, and was collected by Avtar Monga, Ravishankar Gopalan, Mehul Mistry & Ragavan Venkatesan. About NPE Awards: The 'National Payments Excellence Awards' was instituted in 2014. These awards are decided based on various performance parameters such as volumes, efficiency ratio, innovation etc., and the winners/runners up are selected, based on the parameters by an eminent and independent jury. About NPCI: National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is an umbrella organization for all retail payments system in India. It was set up with the guidance and support of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks' Association (IBA).
