MediBuddy - Terms and Conditions(Discontinued effective 1^st June’26)

The Customer acknowledges that after being redirected to MediBuddy from IDFC FIRST Bank’s platform, they will be using services provided solely by MediBuddy, an independent third party. The Bank is not responsible for MediBuddy’s availability, security, accuracy, or any transactions. Any data shared with MediBuddy is governed by their privacy policy, and the Bank is not liable for any issues arising from using MediBuddy’s services.
This benefit is available on new accounts opened w.e.f. 1^st Jan’24 to 1^st June’26
Customers will be eligible for MediBuddy subscription only post-activation of Netbanking or Mobile Banking and voucher will have to be used within 30 days.
IDFC Bank reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
Customers who became eligible prior to 1^st August 2025 will continue to enjoy the older Medibuddy offering:
• Unlimited free online consultations with General Physical for primary holder & upto 3 family members
• Free full-body checkup (covers 59 parameters) for primary holder
• Up to 15% off at network pharmacies
• ₹500 Medibuddy wallet balance
Customers who become eligible for Medibuddy after 1^st August 2025, will be eligible for the newer Medibuddy offering:
• Unlimited free online consultations (General Physician, Diabetes, Back & Joint Pain) for primary holder & upto 3 family members
• Free full-body checkup (covers 59 parameters) for primary holder
• Up to 15% off at network pharmacies
• 1 free offline dental consultation
• Lenskart Gold Membership (on purchases via MediBuddy app)
• Up to 10% off on 10 1-on-1 physiotherapy, thyroid, diabetes programmes
