The Easy Buy EMI Card offers customers the power to own a new air-conditioner, LED TV, refrigerator, latest smartphone or any other durable from IDFC FIRST Bank authorized Dealers across India.
Easy Buy EMI Card General Terms and Conditions:
1. Easy Buy EMI Card is neither a credit card nor a stored value card. It is used only for authentication of customer’s identity against an offer made, while providing a loan.
2. The customer retains the prerogative to utilise this card for future consumer durable loan application submitted to IDFC FIRST Bank. It is unequivocally clarified that this instrument does not constitute a credit card. Any subsequent loan facilities availed through the Easy Buy EMI Card may necessitate supplementary verification processes at the Bank’s preview. The provision of these facilities remains non-obligatory on the part of IDFC FIRST Bank, which reserves the unqualified right to recall, cancel, or repudiate the facilities, either in part or in their entirety, at any juncture without prior notification or the obligation to provide any justification thereof. The sanction or partial disbursement of any facility shall not be construed as establishing any binding obligation on IDFC FIRST Bank to furnish the entirety of the facility. The aforementioned offer shall be available solely at IDFC FIRST Bank's absolute discretion, and IDFC FIRST Bank shall not be held liable for any actions undertaken by the borrower predicated upon this pre-qualified offer.
3. The Easy Buy EMI Card is issued by IDFC FIRST Bank either in Physical or in electronic form and Bank does not take the responsibility of its delivery. The customer may also access the virtual iteration of the Easy Buy EMI Card via the IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile Application, accessible at https://idfcfr.in/login.
4. A one-time, non-refundable application fees of Rs. 530.00 (Including GST) will be charged at the time of subsequent consumer durable loan applied under the Easy Buy EMI Card offer.
5. It is explicitly stipulated that any pre-qualified offer communicated to the customer at the time of consumer durable loan application remains subject to modification at the sole discretion of the bank.
6. The Borrower hereby unequivocally acknowledges and affirms that the Easy Buy EMI Card (EBC) issued hereunder is of a perpetual nature and shall remain valid indefinitely. The absence of an explicit expiration date shall in no manner diminish the Borrower's extant obligations, including, but not limited to, the punctual remittance of any fees, charges, or dues associated with the Easy Buy EMI Card.
7. The NACH mandate issued in any loan can be utilized for payment of any other communicated charges pertaining to Easy Buy EMI Card, for which the customer needs to maintain sufficient funds in his/her/their designated account to cover debit instructions.
8. The Easy Buy EMI Card issued shall remain valid and in effect, unless terminated by Bank or revoked by customer in strict accordance with the terms and conditions articulated herein.
9. In the event of revocation by the customer, formal communication must be directed to Bank. Such revocation shall become effective within 7 working days from date of the said communication or as per Bank's prevailing internal policy guidelines.
10. The Bank's termination of the card shall be governed by the prevailing Terms and Conditions, as updated periodically.
11. In the instance of card termination or revocation, the Easy Buy EMI Card shall be deemed inoperative and devoid of any functionality.
12. Customer shall make payment of applicable fee and/ or charge as specified by IDFC FIRST Bank with respect to Easy Buy EMI Card. The said fee and/ or charges may be updated from time to time and that can be accessed on IDFC FIRST Bank Website (https://idfcfr.in/IDFCFB/pGJ6vO)
13. In the event of un-authorised access or un-authorised use of an Easy Buy EMI Card, EMI Cardholder shall immediately inform IDFC FIRST Bank by calling Customer Care No: 1800 10 888)/ by writing to banker@idfcfirstbank.com
