• The facilities of Easy Buy EMI card are uncommitted facilities, are recallable by IDFC FIRST Bank on demand and may be cancelled and repudiated in part or in entirely by IDFC FIRST Bank at any time without notice and without giving any reason. Sanction or part disbursal of the facility should not be construed as giving rise to binding obligations on the part of IDFC FIRST Bank to provide the facility mentioned aforesaid. The facility mentioned aforesaid will be available solely at IDFC First Bank’s discretion and IDFC FIRST Bank will not be liable for any action taken by the borrower on the basis of the sanctioned facility.
