The Dynamic Processing Fee offer applies to eligible customers seeking the FIRSTmoney Smart Personal Loan. The following Terms and Conditions govern the applicability of this offer.

1.  Processing Fee Structure (Including GST)                  

The processing fee is applicable & calculated based on the sanctioned loan amount during the onboarding process. The applicable fee includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Maximum 3.50%


*0 processing fee is available on select loan amounts.

2. Applicability

● The processing fee (PF) is charged on the disbursal amount and becomes non-refundable upon disbursement of the loan.

● The PF is deducted from the disbursed loan amount unless otherwise specified in the sanction letter.

3. Refund Policy 

The processing fee is non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

● Duplicate charge, or 

● Bank-initiated cancellation prior to loan disbursement.

● Loan foreclosure by the customer within 3 days of disbursal.

4. Changes to Processing Fee

● The Bank reserves the right to revise the processing fee structure for new loan applications at its sole discretion.

5. Disclosure 

● Comprehensive details of the applicable processing fee will be disclosed in the Key Fact Statement (KFS) provided to the customer.

6. General Conditions

● Loan approval is subject to eligibility criteria, verification processes, and the internal credit policies of the Bank.

● Participation in this offer is voluntary. By availing the loan, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

● These Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and do not derogate from, other applicable terms governing the FIRSTmoney Smart Personal Loan.

● The Bank reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
