T & C - Variation of Terms and Conditions

The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary or amend the whole and/or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without any prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agrees to be bound by such amended/modified Terms and Conditions.
Notification of any changes may be given by the Bank to the Customer by e-mail, hosting on the Bank’s Website, or by posting it to the Customer’s latest address recorded with the Bank address. The Bank may also give the Customer notice of variation of these terms and conditions by displaying a notice on or within the immediate vicinity of the site of an ATM/ branch or by a press advertisement or by a message in the Customer’s statement of account.

The amended terms and conditions shall be binding on the Customer forthwith.
