Do you need to submit any additional document to avail bulk payment solutions?

Bulk payment solutions are active by default for business customers and you don’t need to submit any additional documents.

Can one view the status of the bulk upload transactions?

Yes, updated payment file with UTR details and the status of online payment can be easily downloaded from “history of approvals” section.

What is the difference between “Maker” and “Viewer” roles?

Maker can initiate financial transactions including Bulkpay where as viewer can not initiate any financial transactions.

Can you schedule a payment for future date and manage the same?

Yes, bulk payments can be scheduled for future date. You can cancel the same up to one day prior to the scheduled transaction date.

Can you approve the bulk payment transaction on the next day of initiating a bulk payment upload?

Yes, bulk payment transactions can be approved within 7 days from the transaction uploaded date.
