Mobile Number Change Request

Here's how to change your registered mobile number via the Mobile Banking app

Step 1 - Login to your Mobile Banking, click on the hamburger menu

Step 2 - Click Manage Profile

step

Step 3 - Click on the change button next to ‘Email ID’

step

Step 4 - Enter your current mobile number followed by your new mobile number & select confirm

step

Step 5 - Select verification method as ‘Debit Card’

step

Step 6 - Enter Debit card number & debit card PIN

step

Step 7 - Enter OTP sent on new mobile number

step

Step 8 - Request submitted!
