Here's how to raise a closure request in just a few steps.

Step 1 - Log in to the ‘IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile Banking App’ and go to ‘Credit Cards’

Step 2 - Select the Credit Card you want to close

Step 3 - Scroll to navigate to ‘Quick Actions’ and tap ‘View all’

Step 4 - Under ‘Security & controls’ click ‘Close Card’ option

Step 5 - Choose the reason for card closure and submit the request. Card will be closed within 7 days of request
