How can I close my Pay Later account?

For quick resolution, you can visit the partner app / website for raising a request for loan closure at partner's end.

Alternatively, if you approach the bank, you can do the following, post clearing all your pending dues -

Raise a service request here.
Customer Support > Customer Service > Pay Later > Closure/deactivation of account
Contact our Customer Care on our Toll Free Number 1800 10 888 or your nearest IDFC First Bank branch.

What should I do if my Paylater account is showing unavailable/ not working?

Please visit the partner platform if your pay later account is not working or is unavailable to you currently.

How can you validate the bank digital signature on important documents such as sanction letter/agreement copy PDF received via SMS post availing the loan?

Please follow the below steps for validating the Digital Signature on the sanction letter/agreement copy PDF.
1 : Right click on sign go to Show Signature Properties
2 : Click on Show Signer's Certificate
3 : Go to Trust click Add to Trusted Certificates
4 : Then tick the all box
5 : Click on OK
6 : Click Validate Signature
7 : Close
