Who can become a partner?
Any individual who is at least 18 years of age can sign up. This app also provides a good opportunity for Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Travel Agents, and Sales Agents.
I do not have a bank account registered in my name. Can I still proceed with my application?
A bank account number is mandatory for you to continue with the registration process. All payouts are made to the bank account provided by the partner.
I do not have a PAN Card. Can I become partner with IDFC FIRST Bank?
PAN Card is mandatory for completing the registration process.
What is considered as an address proof?
- Aadhar Card
- Passport
- Voter ID Card

Address proof is mandatory for signing up. Aadhar, Passport or Voter ID can be considered as Address Proof.
How do I log in to the app?
You can log in to the MyFIRST Partner App using your mobile number and date of birth. An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number. Once the OTP is entered, you’ll be signed in.
When can I start creating leads?
After your sign up is complete, you can instantly start creating new loan applications. There is no wait time after you have signed up.
What should I have with me before starting a new loan application?
Before starting a new loan application, please keep the following customer documents handy for a soft approval:
- PAN Card
- Address Proof
- Latest 3 months’ bank statement
I created and submitted a loan application successfully. What do I do next?
You can track your case on the app. If you need any assistance or more information you can reach out to the assigned Relationship Manager or central helpline. Numbers are available in “contact us” section in the app which you can see after registering.
When will I get the pay-out for any disbursements I have facilitated?
All payouts will be transferred directly into your bank account provided during registration process. The payout will be weekly. For any assistance please reach out to your Relationship Manager.
