Important information regarding your FIRST Classic Credit Card from IDFC FIRST Bank
Dear Cardmember,
We are delighted to remind you that the overall proposition of your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card is simply the best in the market. This includes:
- No Joining Fee
- No Annual Fee
- India’s first Credit Card with low and dynamic Interest Rates on revolving balances
- No interest on ATM Cash Withdrawal till due date
- No Cap on Reward Points earning
- No Expiry of Reward Points
- A unique proposition whereby you can pay for your next purchase using your Reward Points without being limited to any specific merchant or catalogue
However, we are making certain changes to the Reward Program on your FIRST Classic Credit Card.
Effective 17th May 2022 for subsequent billing cycles, your accrual of 1X = 1 Reward Point per ₹100 will change to 1X = 1 Reward Point per ₹150. Minimum spends required in a billing cycle to unlock 10X Reward Points continues to be at ₹20,000. Your Reward Points will continue to have a value of ₹0.25 per Reward Point.
Effective 1st Oct 2022, Reward redemption through any redemption channel will attract a small convenience charge of ₹99 (+ applicable taxes) per redemption transaction. Since you are an existing customer, you have adequate time to redeem your accumulated Reward Points without any redemption charges for redemptions done before 1st Oct 2022.
The Reward Program for your FIRST Classic Credit Card will be revised as per the table below.
