What can I do with FIRST Rewards Gallery?

IDFC FIRST Bank Debit and Credit Card customers can book flights and hotels, and shop for gift vouchers and products across hundreds of brands using their reward points and by their Debit or Credit Card. Additionally, they earn bonus Reward Points over and above their card’s base rewards.

What are the benefits of FIRST Rewards Gallery?

FIRST Rewards Gallery is a rewards portal for IDFC FIRST Bank customers, offering accelerated Reward Points on flights, hotels, gift vouchers, and product purchases. Customers can redeem their points on transactions made on the portal, providing significant savings and value-back. Certain premium credit cards, such as FIRST WOW! Black (1 RP = ₹0.50), Ashva (1 RP = ₹0.40), Mayura (1 RP = ₹0.50), and FIRST Private (1 RP = ₹1), provide higher value on travel bookings made on the portal.

Note: Bonus Reward Points are not available on transactions involving Reward Point redemptions

How much I can pay with Reward Points?

For Flight and Hotel bookings and product purchases customers can pay up to 70% of the transaction value with Reward Points. For Gift Vouchers, IDFC FIRST Bank cardholders can pay up to 100% of the transaction value with Reward Points.

How can I access FIRST Rewards Gallery?

Log into the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App to access FIRST Rewards Gallery in any of the following ways:

a. Click on FIRST Rewards Gallery on the main screen
b. Click on either Flights, Hotels, Shop, Gift Cards, or Deals under the Rewards, offers & Deals section

Can I access FIRST Rewards Gallery on Desktop?

No. FIRST Rewards Gallery is only available on the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App. Click here to download the app

Which transactions earn bonus reward points on FIRST Rewards Gallery?

Eligible transactions across categories, including flights, hotels, shopping and gift vouchers made on FIRST Rewards Gallery earn bonus reward points.

Bonus Reward Points are not available on transactions involving Reward Point redemptions. Bonus Reward Points are also unavailable with certain credit cards for gift card purchases. These include Ashva, Mayura, Gaj:, and FIRST Private credit cards.
