Startups, Investors, Incubators, Accelerators, Communities and other Startup Banking customers of IDFC FIRST Bank have the first preference.
How many meeting room slots can I book per day?
You may book multiple time slots, subject to availability.
What if I’m not a customer?
You’ll be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot opens.
How will I know my registration is confirmed?
An email will be sent upon successful registration or booking.
What are the lounge hours?
Open 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays and 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturdays.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, for all verified Startup Banking customers.
Are food & beverages provided?
Complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies are available.
How do I cancel a booking?
Email for Bangalore Lounge: startuplounge.blr@idfcfirstbank.com
What happens if I don’t show up?
Your booking will be auto cancelled after 15 minutes of no-show.
