Junoon Program
IDFC FIRST bank in partnership with Lighthouse Communities Foundation supported this entrepreneurship program that operated on a mentorship model, with industry mentors helping entrepreneurs from slum communities with business fundamentals, legal requirements, marketing, growth, and more.
The program consisted of Business Basic Skills Training which was a 3 day hands on workshop where helps Junoonis understood basic Business vocabulary such as Profit & Loss, Costing, Digital Marketing with help of examples, activities etc and lessons learnt were brainstormed and discussed to understand various business terminologies, basics of business plan, marketing etc.
Post that One-to-one guidance session was provided where the mentor did strength analysis, personality profiling, and understood individuals' goals and aims.
This partnership was closed in FY 2023-24
