To foreclose your loan through our customer portal, simply follow these steps:

Click on the Loan closure link: https://partner.idfcfirstbank.com/quickpayfc/Login.aspx
Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth or loan account number to authenticate your account
A list of all active loans eligible for foreclosure will be displayed
Select the loan account you wish to foreclose. Review the foreclosure charges, foreclosure amount and proceed to make the payment using one of the available payment modes
Upon successful payment, your loan will be closed in our system, and you will receive a digital No Due Certificate (NDC) within 72hours or visit IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile app to download the NDC

Foreclose your loan conveniently via IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile app. Follow these simple steps to close your Consumer Durable Loan:

Register on the app using your registered mobile number and date of birth (DOB)
Navigate to the ‘Loans’ sections and select the consumer durable loan you wish to foreclose
Review the foreclosure charges, foreclosure amount and proceed to make the payment using one of the available payment modes
Click on ‘Foreclose loan’ and proceed to make the payment as per the specified amount.
Upon successful payment, your loan will be closed, and a No Dues Certificate (NDC) will be sent on your registered mobile number within 72 hours. You can also use the IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile app to download the NDC

To Initiate loan foreclosure through our IVR mode, follow these steps:

You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with a secure link to complete the foreclosure process.

Steps to complete foreclosure via SMS Link (Link would be valid for 72hrs):

Open the link and review your consumer durable loan details.
Review the loan foreclosure amount, charges, etc.
Select your preferred payment mode
Make the payment
Upon successful payment, your loan will be closed in our system, and you will receive a No Due Certificate (NDC) within 72 hours. You can also use the IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile app to download the NDC.

Foreclose your consumer durable loan via WhatsApp. Initiate loan closure through WhatsApp by following these steps:

Send Hi to 95555 55555 (on Whatsapp activation number) to get started
Select ‘Loans’ > ‘Foreclose loan’ and choose the desired Consumer Durable Loan
All active loans eligible for foreclosure will be displayed. Select the desired loan, review the foreclosure charges, foreclosure amount, and proceed to make the payment
Upon successful payment, your loan will be closed, and a No Dues Certificate (NDC) will be sent on your registered mobile number within 72 hours. You can also use the IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile app to download the NDC.
