eCommerce Purchase Protection – Offer Details
Description
eCommerce Purchase Protection is a new benefit now available to you as a IDFC FIRST Bank Relationship Cardholder and the same is facilitated by VISA as part of VISA Infinite card proposition. This would give you added protection and peace of mind when shopping online. As long as you make your online purchases using your IDFC FIRST VISA Infinite card, you are now covered for possible losses up to USD $200 or USD $1,000 per claim per annum respectively for any of the following instances:
1. Non-delivery of purchased item after 30 days of scheduled delivery
2. Wrong or incomplete delivery of purchased item
3. Physical damage to the delivered item
How to Redeem
This new benefit provided by AIG and sponsored by Visa requires no pre-registration of your card or purchases. Simply remember to visit the Cardholder Insurance Portal when you need to make a claim, and use your Visa card for every purchase.
