IndiGo IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card - Additional 5K BluChip Voucher Terms & Conditions

Offer Terms and Conditions

1.Offer Eligibility: This Offer is open to newly sourced IndiGo IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card during 1^st June’26 – 31^st August’26

2. Offer Applicability: The Offer is applicable to customers who comply or fulfill Minimum Spend Criterion as determined by IndiGo and IDFC FIRST bank.

3. Offer Details: Under this offer, eligible:

IndiGo IDFC FIRST Bank cardholders will receive a voucher of 5000 IndiGo BluChips on achieving the required Minimum Spends Criteria.

4. Minimum Spends Criteria: INR15,000 on IndiGo IDFC FIRST Bank credit card within 30 days of card issuance.

5. Ineligible Transactions: The following transactions will not be considered for this offer: -

Transactions converted to EMI and Cash Withdrawal, fees and charges paid are not considered for this offer.

6. Offer Fulfilment: Offer Fulfilment: Eligible cardholders will receive the IndiGo BluChips Voucher in their IndiGo BluChip Loyalty account post validation of eligible spends, as per below-

a. Campaign Period: 1^st Jun to 30^th Jun 2026
Voucher fulfilment- Between 10^th - 15^th Aug 2026
b. Campaign Period: 1^st Jul to 31^st Jul 2026
Voucher Fulfilment- Between 10^th – 15^th Sept 2026
c. Campaign Period: 1^st Aug to 31^st Aug 2026
Voucher Fulfilment: Between 10^th - 15^th Oct 2026

Voucher Fulfilment: Between 10th -15th Oct 20267. Voucher Redemption: An IndiGo BluChip Voucher can be redeemed only on the IndiGo website and/or on the IndiGo mobile application by a Member and/ or their Nominee against the value of the Base Fare of the ticket. Redemption of an IndiGo BluChip Voucher can be done on the payments page at the time of booking a flight on the IndiGo website and/or IndiGo mobile application.

8. Voucher Validity: The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. No reissuance or extension will be allowed after expiry.

9. IDFC FIRST and IndiGo reserves the right to revise, change, or withdraw the offer or eligibility criteria at any time during the campaign without prior notice.

10. IDFC FIRST Bank’s decision with respect to eligibility, fulfilment, and interpretation of the offer shall be final and binding.

11. This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer or promotion. Further, no benefits will be extended to customers who discontinue their IndiGo IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card.

12. Cardholders are requested to ensure that their registered mobile number and email ID are accurate and updated to receive communications related to this Offer. In case of any discrepancy, the Cardholder may not receive the IndiGo BluChips Voucher or related notifications.

IndiGo BluChips Voucher - Terms & Conditions

1. An IndiGo BluChip Voucher can be redeemed only on the IndiGo website and/or on the IndiGo mobile application by a Member and/ or their Nominee against the value of the Base Fare of the ticket. Redemption of an IndiGo BluChip Voucher can be done on the Payments page at the time of booking a flight on the IndiGo website and/or IndiGo mobile application.

2. An IndiGo BluChip Voucher can only be used in a single journey and cannot be clubbed with another IndiGo BluChip Voucher. The IndiGo BluChip Vouchers are valid for booking and travel within 6 months of issuance. An IndiGo BluChip Voucher cannot be applied for a return journey or a multi-segment journey.

3. An IndiGo BluChip Voucher, at the option of the Member, can be clubbed with Cash + IndiGo BluChips. If a flight booking is made using an IndiGo BluChip Voucher, the voucher value will be utilized first, followed by other forms of payment.

4. An IndiGo BluChip Voucher once used for a booking, will be consumed in full, irrespective of the actual value of the ticket, and any unutilized voucher balance will be forfeited. IndiGo BluChip Voucher will be applicable on economy and business (Stretch) class air fare. Calculation of eligible spends for the offer will be done by the Bank.

5. In case of cancellation of any bookings made using an IndiGo BluChip Voucher, the entire IndiGo BluChip Voucher amount will be forfeited. Modification of bookings made using an IndiGo BluChip Voucher is not allowed.

6. In the event of any cancellation or modification of a booking initiated by IndiGo, where an IndiGo BluChip Voucher has been applied, such voucher shall be reinstated to the Member’s IndiGo BluChip Account.

7. This IndiGo BluChips Voucher cannot be converted into cash for either full value or the unutilized portion.

8. IndiGo BluChips Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

9. Once issued, the IndiGo BluChips Voucher cannot be cancelled. No returns and no refunds on such vouchers will be entertained.

10. The IndiGo BluChips Voucher will automatically reflect in the customer’s IndiGo BluChip Account and can be redeemed on IndiGo’s ecosystem.

11. Each IndiGo BluChips voucher is valid for one time use only and will be considered redeemed once the voucher used during checkout.

12. IndiGo will not be responsible for non-receipt of Email/SMS communication due to issues such as network failure, DND registration, wrong email ID, or mobile number not updated in IndiGo records.

13. Delinquent blocked or inactive accounts at the time of voucher issuance will not qualify for fulfilment under this Offer.

14. For any queries/issues related to IndiGo BluChips Voucher, a request can be raised with IndiGo.

15. IDFC FIRST Bank shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any complaints/ queries raised by the customers in relation to the e-vouchers once the voucher is credited in the customer’s loyalty account.
