What is the minimum and maximum loan tenure available?

Being one of the leading banks in the loan against property segment, we are currently offering our customers a loan tenure from a minimum of 12 months up to a maximum of 300 months.

What is the minimum and maximum loan amount available against the property?

Our Property Loan allows customers to apply for a minimum of ₹10 lakhs up to a maximum of ₹15 crores for their business, depending on the program they’ve selected.

What are the interest rates applicable for taking a LAP?

To apply for LAP overdraft facility, you may:

What kind of properties are eligible for collateral?

Properties eligible as collateral for our Loan Against Property includes the following:

Residential
Commercial
Industrial
Plots
Godowns

We also fund non-standard collaterals like education institute, hospitals, warehouses, shopping malls, multiplexes etc.

Where can I get my loan related information?

Loan related information such as EMI, loan tenure, EMI date etc. is available on mobile banking app

Login to IDFC FIRST mobile banking app and click on Loan
Select the loan account number
All loan related details will be available in 'Details' tab

Alternatively, you can also use WhatsApp banking - click idfcfir.st/WAEng and type 9901

How do I check my repayment account number?

Repayment account details can be checked through mobile banking App

Login to IDFC FIRST mobile banking app and click on Loan
Select the loan account number
In Details tab, you will be able to check the ECS bank name and ECS bank account number

How do I change my EMI due date?

How do I change my registered mobile number/ email ID?
