What is the minimum and maximum loan tenure available?

Being one of the leading banks in the loan against property segment, we are currently offering our customers a loan tenure from a minimum of 12 months up to a maximum of 300 months.

What is the minimum and maximum loan amount available against the property?

Our Property Loan allows customers to apply for a minimum of ₹10 lakhs up to a maximum of ₹15 crores for their business, depending on the program they’ve selected.

What kind of properties are eligible for collateral?

Properties eligible as collateral for our Loan Against Property includes the following:

Residential
Commercial
Industrial
Plots
Godowns

We also fund non-standard collaterals like education institute, hospitals, warehouses, shopping malls, multiplexes etc.

Where can I get my loan related information?

Loan related information such as EMI, loan tenure, EMI date etc. is available on mobile banking app

All loan related details will be available in 'Details' tab
