Scope of Cover
- Base Cover – Medical expenses incurred by the Insured during hospitalization, for any illness/injury suffered during Policy Period. – Rest are optional add-ons
- Sum Insured – Ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹10,00,000
- Premium - chargeable for the policy depends on age of the group and add on coverages selected.
- Pre-existing Diseases: Covered from day one of taking the Policy.
- Age limit – Age ranging from 1 day- 80 years can be covered
- Pre hospitalisation - Relevant medical expenses 30 days prior to hospitalisation are covered
- Post hospitalisation - Relevant medical expenses 60 days after hospitalisation are covered
- Maternity Expenses: Up to ₹50,000 for 2 children Covered from day one of the policy
- New Born Baby cover: cover medical expenses incurred on the “new born baby” only as an in-patient in hospital for a maximum period up to 91 days.
- Day Care Expenses Cover - Covers 156 surgeries which need less than 24 hour hospitalisation
- OPD expenses - Covers medical expenses incurred by the Insured as an Outpatient.
