Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), developers are required to maintain dedicated accounts to ensure transparency and accountability in project fund utilization. We offer a comprehensive RERA Account solution to meet regulatory requirements and support smooth project execution.
We facilitate the opening of the following three account types:
RERA Collection Account
For receiving customer payments and project receivables.
RERA Designated Account
Where 70% of the funds are transferred for regulated usage on land and construction.
RERA Utilisation Account
For disbursing payments towards approved project expenses
Promoters and Developers of residential, commercial, or plotted development projects registered under RERA
