Why did I receive the communication stating I will be upgraded to the new app?
We are migrating our customers from older app to the newer and better app & net banking portal in tranches. If you have received the communication that means you are part of a tranche to be migrated.
Can I continue using the old app post app upgrade?
No. Once you are migrated to new app you would not be able to use the old app.
How do I upgrade on my own?

I don’t want to upgrade to new app, what should I do?
