To close your IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card please follow the below steps:
- Mobile Banking app/Internet Banking
- Once logged in click on 'Credit Card'.
- Click on 'Credit Card Closure'
- Select the reason for card closure and click on 'Submit'.
You may also call on the 24/7 toll free number mentioned on our website: https://www.idfcfirst.bank.in/ to request for credit card closure.
Note: Card closure request can only be raised if:
- There are no outstanding dues
- All EMIs are paid/foreclosed
- There are no active disputes
